Rates
My standard rate for individual, couple & family therapy is $150, and $170 for the initial session and associated paperwork processing. I provide a limited number of sliding scale based on gross household income for those in need, starting at $90.
In-Network Insurance
I am currently accepting the following insurances: FirstChoice, PacificSource Legacy, PacificSource Navigator, Providence, Optum and United. Upon completion of our consult call and decision to move forward with counseling, clients contact my biller, Marla, at Sunrise Medical Billing (office 360-448-7260 Ext. 5) to verify benefits in advance of our initial session. Any required deductibles, co-pays or coinsurance are paid at time of service.
Out-of-Network Insurance
Please contact Marla at Sunrise Medical Billing (office 360-448-7260 Ext. 5) and she can assist you with verifying whether you have out-of-network coverage and your insurance provider's reimbursement process.
HSA
If your HSA plan allows for mental health services, you may pay me up front and I can provide you with a statement that you can submit for reimbursement. Some clients may also have "HSA cards" which pull directly from their HSA account.
Payment
Cash, check and all major debit/credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me by midnight the day before our session, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
